Life accepts invitations to flow
And dresses accordingly
It does not force-fit
Its self in a box of pretence
To the exclusion of others
Where hegemony rules
Nor does it tie itself up
In a knot of universal bondage
Going nowhere
That’s what it means
To live in each other’s influence
In receptive-responsive relationship
Neither independent
Nor stuck in a hard place
Between the unstoppable force
And immovable object
At the end of the day
