Listening to Place
Places speak ~ in their textures, temperatures, silences, histories. Yet in our digital and hybrid spaces, place is often flattened or treated as background noise. What if we treated place not only as an active participant in our conversations but as a habitat which we inhabit and express? This session invites a practice of attunement to where we are: feeling the ground throughout, hearing the world around, and pulsing with the murmur within. How might listening to place ground our work and relationships? How can we cultivate belonging when our “places” are dispersed across screens?
